Takedown Notice
Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright or other rights, please submit a takedown request by opening an issue on the GitHub repository or contacting the site author directly.
Required Information
A valid takedown notice should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- The specific URL(s) on this site where the material appears
- Your contact information (name, email, mailing address)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same contact method, including:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its original location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and phone number
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction
Response Time
We aim to respond to valid takedown requests within 7 business days.
